Aditya's career commenced in Mumbai after he graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Noida, in 2019. He is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and was a part of the Indirect Tax team at one of India's leading law firms. During this time, he worked on various cases and provided advisory opinions to a diverse range of clients.

His interest in IP law, developed during his internships in law school, led him to shift his area of practice and he moved to a boutique IP firm in New Delhi in 2021. Working on numerous cases in the High Court of Delhi and District Courts in Delhi helped him develop a good background in handling various aspects of IP litigation. He has also participated in various civil and criminal enforcement proceedings on behalf of rightsholders. Managing portfolios for multinational brands and startups has given him a profound understanding of the commercial aspects of creating and protecting IP.

To further his understanding of IP law, Aditya pursued an LLM from Queen Mary University, London, before joining KRIA Law. He firmly believes that the law can positively impact society. While in law school, he conducted a study and co-authored a report to improve the working conditions of old-age homes in Delhi NCR.

Outside of work, he loves travelling as much as he can and a good game of football.
