Ayush is a Registered Patent Agent with experience in IPR Law. With prior experience of more than three years with a leading IP law firm in Gurugram, Ayush has gained hands-on exposure to Patents and Design law, including drafting, prosecution, and searching work.

Before joining the IPR industry, Ayush completed his M. Tech in Thermal Engineering from Delhi Technological University (DTU), Delhi, and his B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from VIT University, Vellore.

Ayush handles patent drafting and prosecution in the areas of mechanical and automobile engineering, mechatronics. He advises clients in domains related to mechanical, renewable energy, mechatronics, automobiles, aerospace, aeronautical engineering, manufacturing, safety and security solutions, power plant technology, household appliances and devices, electro-mechanical, mechatronics, food appliances. He also assists in preparing freedom-to-operate opinions and infringement studies besides managing client specific patent & design portfolios.

Ayush regularly appears before the Indian Patent Office in view of prosecution and oppositions matters of patent applications and design applications.

Alongside his legal practice, Ayush engages himself in trekking, leisurely wandering, Lawn Tennis and occasionally following his childhood pursuits like Kite Flying.
