Nayanthara Beena is an Associate at KRIA Law and a member of the Trademarks Prosecution Team. She has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala since 2023 and joined the firm in October 2024, following the completion of her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Law from O.P. Jindal Global University.

At KRIA Law, she is involved in managing trademark portfolios, advising clients, and supporting the enforcement of their intellectual property rights across a broad spectrum of matters, including trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, and strategic IP planning.

Her academic and professional journey reflects a strong foundation in intellectual property law, with a particular interest in the intersections between intellectual property, artificial intelligence, and competition law. Her publications and research papers address a range of real-world topics, including the integration of intellectual property in the sports industry.
