Hariharan Sriram

Associate

Hariharan Sriram is an Associate with the litigation team at KRIA Law. He joined the firm after graduating from SASTRA University in 2025 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu.

His inclination towards intellectual property law developed during his time in law school, where he interned with multiple reputed law firms and gained practical exposure to both IP-related work and dispute resolution. In the course of these experiences, Hari has worked closely on trademark prosecution matters, handling tasks such as preparing Notices of Opposition, Counter Statements and evidence filings in support of both applications and oppositions. He has also worked on IP litigation matters by assisting with case strategy, legal research and drafting before various judicial forums.

Beyond academics, during his time at law school, Hari also bagged awards in national moot court competitions. He emerged as the Winner of the IIT Kharagpur Moot Court Competition, 2024 and the IIT Madras IP Law Moot Court Competition, 2025.

Outside his professional pursuits, Hari is an avid cricket enthusiast and enjoys spending his weekends on the field.
