Associate

Sakthiga began her professional journey with KRIA Law as an Associate following the completion of her B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Tamil Nadu National Law University, Tiruchirappalli. During law school, she interned with law firms and chambers, gaining exposure to intellectual property, commercial litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory matters.

Her primary area of practice is Trade Marks, where she works closely with the Trade Marks Team on portfolio management, prosecution, enforcement, legal drafting, and strategic advisory matters. She also has a growing interest in alternative dispute resolution, data protection, and privacy law.

Outside of work, Sakthiga enjoys travelling, engaging with art and literature, and exploring mystery and investigative shows and movies. She values pursuits that combine creativity, curiosity, and analytical thinking.
