Kav Joshva joined KRIA Law in 2026 as the firm's CRM & Data Governance Manager. He holds an MBA and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights, bringing together business strategy, legal insight, and technology-driven management.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Joshua gained experience in business development and digital marketing, developing a strong foundation in client engagement, communication, and organisational growth. He has also acquired practical legal experience through appearances before the Coimbatore District Court, handling matters across Civil and Criminal Munsif Courts, Magistrate Courts, and the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).

At KRIA Law, Joshua oversees the firm's CRM systems, client data governance, operational coordination, and process optimisation initiatives, supporting seamless collaboration across practice areas and enhancing the firm's operational efficiency.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Joshua is passionate about football, nature, and music, interests that reflect his dynamic, adaptable, and well-rounded personality.
