Associate

Swaroopa is an Associate with the Trademarks team at KRIA law.  She joined the firm in 2026 after graduating from School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be) University, Bengaluru. Her inclination towards intellectual property law developed during her time in law school where she interned multiple reputed law firms and gained practical exposure to both IP and general corporate related work. She's also published a few papers on copyright and trademark law and participated in a moot pertaining to patent law. Beyond academics, she is also a dancer, and is trained in Bharatanatyam and continues to pursue it over 13+ years. Swaroopa is also trained in contemporary dance, and led the law school dance team and university dance team during her time in college.
