Her expertise spans Human Resources operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, policy implementation and administration.

She has served as a member of the Internal Committee (PoSH) and the Grievance Handling Committee, contributing to the promotion of a safe, inclusive and employee-centric workplace. She is also a Certified Soft Skills Trainer, with a passion for developing people, enhancing workplace communication and fostering professional growth.
